Residential Proxies Info / FAQ
Remaining Bandwidth / Check bandwidth
This shows you your remaining balance of residential proxy data (GBs). Once your balance goes to 0GBs, your residential proxies will stop working. To add more data, you can use the Buy Data button to top-up your balance.
When do I need to regenerate residential proxy lists?
Your proxy list will continue to work unless you change your password or you run out of remaining bandwidth. You do not need to regenerate proxies once you run out and buy more, your previous list will still work.
When you generate residential proxies, are they only valid for 60 mins? Do I have to regenerate proxy list afterward?
No, you do not have to regenerate your proxy list. Your proxy list will continue to work unless you change your password or you run out of remaining bandwidth. The 60 minutes you are referring to for Residential Proxies means that the IP is rotating in the background every 60 minutes. This is automatic and there is no interruption in your proxy access.
Can I generate multiple proxy lists?
You can generate as many proxy lists as you desire. Your previous residential proxy lists will continue to work after re-generating new lists.
Why is my data burning when I’m not using the proxies?
It is not possible for data to be consumed if you are not using them. Either you have something running still that is using the data unknowingly to you, or the application you are using the residential proxies on has a memory leak and is using the data in the background. To fix, please restart all applications/bots and/or servers. If this doesn’t fix the issue, you can use the Refresh Password button to change credentials. Please note, you will need to generate new proxies lists after refreshing your password.
How large of a residential proxy list should I generate / use?
It is generally recommended to generate a list of proxies that is at least 10x the amount of total concurrent tasks/threads you plan on using. This allows your tasks to have extra IPs within your proxy list to rotate to if they encounter any errors.
